FIELDS OF USE

It is used as finish on all kinds of metal, wood, iron constructions, agricultural machines and their equipment, industrial, factory equipment indoors and outdoors.

PROPERTIES

It is alkyd resin based, and air-dried finish gloss paint. It adheres well to application surfaces. It creates elastic, impact-resistant, solid and smooth surfaces. In the applications done with Promax Rapid Industrial Primer, systems with high water resistance are formed. Its gloss, color density, whiteness and opacity are excellent. It does not fade or get yellow, it remains on the surface for a long time without losing its features.

Appearance: Gloss, plain finish
Chemical Structure: short greasy alkyd, solvent combination
Viscosity: 90 KU – 95 KU at 25°C
Thinner: Kardelen Cellulosic Thinner
Thickness: 7-8 microns
Solid matter quantity: 50%–55%
Brightness: 75-80 gloss depending on the color (at 60°C)
Drying period: Dust keeping period: 10-15 min., drying period to touch: 25-30 min., solid drying period: 15 hours, full drying: 24 hours.

APPLICATION

Application surfaces should be cleared from any kind of contamination such as grease, rust and swollen remnants. The paint should be applied as two coats to the surface. The second coat should be applied after 1 hour of complete drying of the paint, otherwise there may be creases on the first coat of paint. It can be applied by spraying, dipping or with brush.
